Receiving Station - The Predator

Primary screening methods like chopper pumps and receiving stations currently on the market are too expensive, clog due to hair and heavy solids, and are labor intensive. The FTI Predator Receiving Station has been designed and manufactured to solve these problems. The Predator is a skid mounted, totally self-contained, auger and bar screening device with flow rates from 250 GPM to 1000 GPM. Its simple design allows for trouble free, minimal maintenance, and low labor operation. Designed to remove heavy solids and screen: rocks, silverware, plastics, sticks, etc. to 3/8" size. Standard includes carbon steel epoxy coated construction, 3/8" screen, variable speed frequency drive, 240/480 volt 3 phase 60Hz electrical. Options include 304 stainless construction, grit catcher, solids washing spray bar, trough cover, flow meter, cam locks, and casters.
