The FTI Blade Mills are ruggedly built to last through all the pounding and tough requirements demanded.

The all stainless steel construction, heavy-duty rotor with individual fixed blades never need sharpening or wear out like other rotating mills. As requirements change, the sizing screen is easily changed by releasing the hinged cover and sliding out the screen and sliding in a newone, with no tools required. Each FTI Blade Mill is designed to be powered by direct coupling the drive motor (which is standard on all FTI Equipment and Systems) or by belt drive. The FTI Blade Mill is available in 4 sizes to meet any of your size reduction requirements.

STANDARDS

•Heavy duty 304 stainless steel construction.

•Quick release hinge cover for easy cleaning and service.

•Individual Rotor Blades non-welded for strength and serviceability.

•Frames are available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel.

•All miscellaneous hardware and fasteners are stainless steel.

•All bearings carry a minimum operating life of L-10 100,000 hours and are easily greasable.
